We purchased a Lexus is250 in Florida. After driving it for about a year the door panels and the dashboard began to melt. Literally like goo up and melt! We received a letter from the dealership that this issue was under a warranty enhancement program and we would be able to receive replacements from Lexus at no cost to us. I have bought 4 Lexus over the years, currently driving 2012 las 460, the car has bad rotors at back after only 33000 miles, dealer said it is wear and tear issue. Called Lexus consumer help center and was told same thing. It was funny just few years ago they resurfaced my gx470 rotor without any issue. Lexus never called me and very rude, do not care about their customers, the tires on the 65000 car only last 2 years and 20000 miles, battery... Read more

I brought a brand new 2016 lexus RX 350 and noticed some sound from air conditioner like running water and when they complaint they say its design characteristics. I reached for service and customer service and they don't even care about my concern and just compares other 2016 RX's. I am extremely disappointed in Lexus customer service. We have had 3 Lexus in the last 12 years, this will be my last experienced. My current lease ends in 3 weeks. I have a 2005 Lexus GX470. I CANNOT fuel up the Vehicle. When I try too it stops as if it's Full. In 2010 I took the Car to Lexus who told me it would be over $600 to fix. I didn't have it at the time so I declined. Recently I was advised to contact Lexus Corporate and see if they could help with fixing this Bizarre problem. I have a 2012 model,with 35K miles that I bought used from a Mercedes dealer. Clean Carfax and history. Car was perfect when bought, and checked over by a Lexus dealer. After 6 months while being checked out before washing at the dealer, they noticed 2 depressions, dents in the roof, at opposing corners of the moonroof. They build a safe car, BUT their customer service sucks!!! Bought a car from Lexus of West Palm Beach and bought the Lexus extended warranty! At 10 months the car was totaled, which began the nightmare with Lexus. Try canceling a warranty with them. Went to the dealership 6 times and made numerous phone calls to everyone at the dealership including the General Manager (which never returns phone calls) trying to get someone to help with it.... I too own a 2006 Lexus GX470 and had the same issue with the undercarriage rusting out. I have owned the car for 7 years and never have I had a car "rot" this quickly. One big rust bucket underneath my mechanic told me. Really...with only 120k miles on it.
