after going thru dealer, Corporation, NCDS and Lemon Law process, I was told that transmission failure with 9000miles needing total replacement, as not a defect. Fuel Pump recall keeping car of of service for 6 months, as not a defect.
Exhaust system failure needing replacement as not a defect... And finally, the fact that I couldn't drive my new car for nearly a year was irrelevant since all Lemon Law timeframes were waived during covid.

After calling the New port Lexus dealership and 1st the 13th of October I was having a problem with my car and asked for my service advisor which was Peter Perez he was at lunch so I ask could she transfer me to some one in service that didnt know Anything about the Lexus cars they work on and told me he would call me back in 5 minutes and he didnt call back until way later and at that time my service advisor Peter Perez was back and Service Me Perfectly!!! The receptionist had the nerves to ask me about the problem I was having with my car and I thought that was out of line and not her speciality and when I brought my car in on the 14th I complain to Ashley Harris a sales manager and he acted very unconcerned and made me feel like he didnt care about my complaint I would Never Deal or Talk To Him Ever Again or address my my Concerns Ever Again !!!!! if it had not been for Peter Perez Which Is A EXCELLENT Service Advisor I would have Never Ever Came Back ONLY Because of him I will keep coming other then that they would have Never Got My Business Ever Again.

I want my $1,500.00 as promised over a year ago!!! I want the check overnighted to me. I’m
Poor!!! I was promised a check in the amount of $1,500.00 for a faulty dashboard (material) on my previous 2007 Lexus RX350.
That was about a year ago. To date I have not received any type of answer or the check in the amount of $1,500. I have called the dealership and talked to Mazzini my Salespersons (Jon) boss and directly to Corporate and have not spoken with an individual who can assist me. Lexus advertises being customer friendly with quality cars however that is not the case I have found.
Lexus should update their answering machine to say, we will not help you if you have a problem with your new Lexus purchase or old faulty vehicle.
Im reaching out again and want my check in the amount of $1,500 overnighted to me at once. I can be reached at 410-591-****.
