To Lexus head quarters complaints, I had my car serviced on December 8, 2017 for 90,000 service. I trust honesty service for over 15 years , whatever the technician recommended I will do , I am so disappointed they misdiagnosed about my battery , the technician enter the wrong CCA code 580.
I went back to Sears technician to do the test. Battery is good, the battery CCA is 780. How can I trust you for my service again. You can see the test results of the pictures.
I spend so much money in your shop. But now I can’t trust the work any more.
Recommend so many things that unnecessary, if I preceded to do the recommendation I will have to spend $6700. Really disappointed not honestly to the consumers.
