Just bought a new Lexus NX 350h and discovered that the map/navigation system is only available via subscription. What a rip. You pay $50k for a car and then they nickel and dime you with a subscription service? Come on Lexus - the nav system always used to be a one time payment (expensive even at that) and now you want to have a forever payment? That's pretty awful!!

User's recommendation: See if you can negotiate for a longer 'free' subscription (beyond the 3 years they offer) or just use your Google, Apple map/app.

If i could give 0 star as a review, I definitely would. Worst experience ever once you leave their facility and be aware of the gentleman name (Chris Mendoza) and his finance coworker.

. I had Chris' cell number, I called him twice since my purchase, and he left me on hold for 1015 minutes then hung up the phone.

Secondly, the car was in a minor accident and was hit from the back, and it was also repaired per the CARFAX. I asked Chris about it, and he told me that the damage was fixed, and he can vouch that since the car is L/Certified that there wouldn't be an issue with it and the dealership wouldn't sell it as L/Certified if it wasn't done properly. Fast-forward to 3 weeks later, see my attached pictures.

The car went through another Lexus dealership near me for regular maintenance since they refused to do it themselves even though the mileage was close to the manual warranty and service guide. The part that was supposedly fixed flew out - see my attached pictures. The Lexus dealership told me this has never happened in their car wash before. After investigation, they realized that they wrongly installed the repaired piece and fix it so that it only can be maintained for a short period of time.

They also told me that they also encounter repairs being done wrong when customers bring their vehicles for maintenance from Little Falls Lexus dealership.

Also, please be careful with their financing department, review their numbers 2-3-4 times if you have to - do not let them bully you.

They try to fast talk you into 'purchasing' the extended warranty by just adding it onto your monthly payment without any discussion.

Overall, they are all LIARS, THIEVES, and SCAMMERS. Be aware if you do end up doing business with them.

I have a 2015 Lexus LS 600hL with 50,465 miles - it has been garaged since it was bought and I purchased it in 2019 with 35K miles. The dashboard is de-lamenting in two separate areas. The replacement cost for the dashboard is approx. $16,000.00 with additional $2,300.00 for installation.

I made 10.30AM appointment today February 29 2024 for

Complimentary Battery Inspection to see if low battery.

I was greeted by nice elderly gentlemlen at sevice dept.

He referred me to Service Advisor Nick who told it will be $250. & offered Loaner car for battery inspection.

when i booked the appointment was told it was complimentary & had the coupon.

This is not first time I had issue with Nick .

I dont understand why Nick was being so biased towards me, maybe race related, not sure. Last time, i had my oil changed at 8.30Am appointment & Nick did not return my car til Noon, when he had oil change completed paperwork sitting on his desk when i went to check on it.

Terrible Service Experience

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Marline Alfonso, and I am writing to you as a customer who recently had a horrible service experience at Lexus of Kendall.

I am reaching out to express my disappointment and concern regarding the service my mom and I received, and I believe it is important for you to be aware of my experience.

I recently visited your service department for the second time for my NX 300 and my moms GX 460, she just put in an order for a brand new 2024 GX 460 and she will be turning down the deal due to this very unprofessional incident we had this morning at your dealership. Unfortunately, the level of service I encountered did not meet the high standards I associate with the Lexus brand. I made an appointment for my mom and myself with a loaner and when we got there the Manager Luis said he had a loaner for me but not for my mom she had to wait 3 hours or go elsewhere, and the Loaner guy who is new had the most unprofessional service ever. I asked for the previous young lady who used to always help me, and his answer was if you see me here is because she is no longer here.

I am so bothered by this, all the great employees in this office are all gone due to the new management which is horrible.

I understand that issues can arise, but the way my concerns were handled during this visit has left me dissatisfied. As a long-time Lexus customer, I have always held your company in high regard, and this recent experience has been disheartening.

I believe in the values that Lexus upholds, and I am confident that you would want to be aware of any challenges customers may face.

My intention in reaching out directly to you is to bring attention to these issues and to seek a resolution that ensures the continued satisfaction of Lexus customers.

I appreciate your time in reading this email, and I hope we can find a way to address and rectify the concerns I have raised. Roadside Assistant on Certified Pre-owned Lexus 2019 RX450h

Just have been waiting for 1.5 hrs for roadside assistance to help with defective key-fob.

Called Lexus 24/7 roadside assistance at 10:21pm, after 30 min no response so I called back. They stated the name of the driver and the company that would be there in 20-30 min.

After another hour no-one showed up and I called back, they then stated that there are no-one available and they can have someone there in the morning???

I have to get home to take my insulin, pack my bag bc I'm leaving/flying out in the morning. I did not divulge all those details bc I felt it was not necessary since their service should be 100%, I guess you get what you pay for :( Lexus need to up what they pay the different companies!!!

I now have to take an Uber back home, another to the airport tomorrow and then arrange to have my car picked up...

what a hassle and REALLY makes me think hard about getting a Lexus in the future.

VERY, VERY disappointed with Lexus warranty and service, this is something that will leave a "mark" in their report. Shame, shame!!!

Crystals in my windshield

I made a warranty claim for crystallization of my windshield and it was denied. Lexus claims it is from the car sitting in the lot too long. This is the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard.

I am a proud owner of 26 Lexus automobiles all of which have had a V6 engine.Never had a problem or issue. Recently drove Your 2024 RX350 with a 4 cylinder turbo engine.Cannot express how disappointed I was with its performance.Would it be possible for Me through Dealer Hoffman Lexus to order a 2024 RX350 Luxury with a V6 engine? Very loyal customer.

When you contact the company and they schedule you for the roadside assistant they never show app or they keep canceling. They have the worst customer service I have already contacted the Lexus corporate to let them know do not use this company.

Lack of refund or response

I was told I should get the service package so I could have my car service while at home. When I was home I tried to get the car serviced and was told I could not. I had only owned the car for six months and traded it in. They told me I would receive a refund for the unused service package. No one will help me with it! And I just get the run around. Thats not fair, it was 800 dollars!..? Its allot of money!

Lexus o'glendale has messed up my car extremely

I went in July 2023 for $6000 worth of work and I had $4000 of it. Don elsewhere and the $2000 done at Lexus. Glendale, and since then, my car is still messed up behind their mishaps.

Four-cylinder engine replacing the V6

Im sure Im not the first to voice My complaint about the new engine you have installed in the RX 350. I and many of my friends bought Lexus 300s and 350s when the V6 was the standard engine.

It was excellent and we loved the car. Now, not a single one of us, is willing to buy the new car with the four-cylinder engine. Perhaps the hybrid is an option but were old people and were not that thrilled with the battery situation.

I hope theres a chance they will go back to that wonderful, standard, V6 350 engine. I certainly doubt thats the case, and we will all have to be looking for a different car to buy.

Prices for Service between different dealers

On Nov 13th of last yr I visited Priority Lexus for a service call, wheel alignment. Upon completion and pick up, i was charged 440 bucks with my 35 dollar coupon. Yes i know different dealers are subject to different prices. I bought my car at Freeport Lexus, they charge 219 dollars for this service, why are these charges so elaborate, there can be a difference but we are talking ABOUT OVER 200 DOLLARS.. i NEED AN EXPLANATION AND MAYBE A PARTIAL REFUND, PLEASE

Yes, I just wanted to check to make sure that when a case is open, that they actually follow up. I’m having issues with the paint chipping on our Lexus and now it’s starting to rust.

In 2022, they offered to repaint all those Lexus’ but they sent that statement out when my husband was deployed with the navy so he never received it. So I’m hoping that they get back to us.!
