Worst experience ever once you leave their facility and be aware of the gentleman name (Chris Mendoza) and his finance coworker. If you look at every other 1-2 star review, they have the tendency of telling you once you leave their facility that your sales rep no longer works there. I had Chris' cell number, I called him twice since my purchase and he left me on hold for 10-15 minutes than hung up the phone. Secondly, the car was in a minor accident and was hit from the back and it was also repaired per the CarFax. I asked Chris about it and he told me that the damage was fixed and he can vouch that since the car is L/Certified that there wouldn't be an issue with it and the dealership wouldn't sell it as L/Certified if it wasn't done properly. Fast forward to 3 weeks later, see my attached pictures. The car went through another Lexus dealership near me for regular maintenance since they refused to do it themselves even though the mileage was close the manual warranty and service guide. The part that was supposedly fixed flew out - see my attached pictures. The Lexus dealership told me this has never happened in their car wash before. After investigation, they realized that they wrongly installed the repaired piece and fix it so that it only can be maintained for a short period of time. They also told me that they also encounter repairs being done wrong when customers bring their vehicles for maintenance from Little Falls Lexus dealership. Also please be careful with their financing department, review their numbers 2-3-4 times if you have to - do not let them bully you. They try to fast talk you into 'purchasing' the extended warranty by just adding it onto your monthly payment without any discussion. Overall, they are all LIARS, THIEVES, and SCAMMERS. Be aware if you do end up doing business with them. I will strongly recommend to bring someone else with you for back up and let them know that they are being recorded for your safety if you can.", "go to another lexus dealership".

Concord Service Advisor Nick over charging--Biased Behavior, Not Honest & Truthful
I made 10.30AM appointment today February 29 2024 for
Complimentary Battery Inspection to see if low battery.
I was greeted by nice elderly gentlemlen at sevice dept.
He referred me to Service Advisor Nick who told it will be $250. & offered Loaner car for battery inspection.
when i booked the appointment was told it was complimentary & had the coupon.
This is not first time I had issue with Nick .
I dont understand why Nick was being so biased towards me, maybe race related, not sure. Last time, i had my oil changed at 8.30Am appointment & Nick did not return my car til Noon, when he had oil change completed paperwork sitting on his desk when i went to check on it.

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Marline Alfonso, and I am writing to you as a customer who recently had a horrible service experience at Lexus of Kendall.
I am reaching out to express my disappointment and concern regarding the service my mom and I received, and I believe it is important for you to be aware of my experience.
I recently visited your service department for the second time for my NX 300 and my moms GX 460, she just put in an order for a brand new 2024 GX 460 and she will be turning down the deal due to this very unprofessional incident we had this morning at your dealership. Unfortunately, the level of service I encountered did not meet the high standards I associate with the Lexus brand. I made an appointment for my mom and myself with a loaner and when we got there the Manager Luis said he had a loaner for me but not for my mom she had to wait 3 hours or go elsewhere, and the Loaner guy who is new had the most unprofessional service ever. I asked for the previous young lady who used to always help me, and his answer was if you see me here is because she is no longer here.
I am so bothered by this, all the great employees in this office are all gone due to the new management which is horrible.
I understand that issues can arise, but the way my concerns were handled during this visit has left me dissatisfied. As a long-time Lexus customer, I have always held your company in high regard, and this recent experience has been disheartening.
I believe in the values that Lexus upholds, and I am confident that you would want to be aware of any challenges customers may face.
My intention in reaching out directly to you is to bring attention to these issues and to seek a resolution that ensures the continued satisfaction of Lexus customers.
I appreciate your time in reading this email, and I hope we can find a way to address and rectify the concerns I have raised. Just have been waiting for 1.5 hrs for roadside assistance to help with defective key-fob.
Called Lexus 24/7 roadside assistance at 10:21pm, after 30 min no response so I called back. They stated the name of the driver and the company that would be there in 20-30 min.
After another hour no-one showed up and I called back, they then stated that there are no-one available and they can have someone there in the morning???
I have to get home to take my insulin, pack my bag bc I'm leaving/flying out in the morning. I did not divulge all those details bc I felt it was not necessary since their service should be 100%, I guess you get what you pay for :( Lexus need to up what they pay the different companies!!!
I now have to take an Uber back home, another to the airport tomorrow and then arrange to have my car picked up...
what a hassle and REALLY makes me think hard about getting a Lexus in the future.
VERY, VERY disappointed with Lexus warranty and service, this is something that will leave a "mark" in their report. Shame, shame!!!

Preferred solution: Full refund of Uber and the 2nd key-fob that the dealership (Napleton Lexus, Milwaukee) I purchased the vehicle from never delivered, despite several phone calls and emails.

Preferred solution: My car fixed like I paid for and my car fixed from what Lexus damaged as well as my scrape on my brand new white lever seats in my. Refund for my rotors that they took off. That were already brand new that they were not supposed to take off

Verified Reviewer |Four-cylinder engine replacing the V6
Im sure Im not the first to voice My complaint about the new engine you have installed in the RX 350. I and many of my friends bought Lexus 300s and 350s when the V6 was the standard engine.
It was excellent and we loved the car. Now, not a single one of us, is willing to buy the new car with the four-cylinder engine. Perhaps the hybrid is an option but were old people and were not that thrilled with the battery situation.
I hope theres a chance they will go back to that wonderful, standard, V6 350 engine. I certainly doubt thats the case, and we will all have to be looking for a different car to buy.
User's recommendation: Drive this car with the four-cylinder engine before you buy it. My guess is you will be quite disappointed!
